See the below courses that i deliver, all with bespoke support for young people under 21, to give autonomy to their mental health.
Youth Mental Health Aware
A half-day course, can be taught online or in person, covid restrictions pending
- Currently delivered online
- Up to 25 people per sessions
- Certificate to say you are Youth Mental Health Aware
- A Youth MHFA manual to refer to whenever you need it
- Mix of presentations, group discussions and workshops
- Full 1-1 breifing phone call and check-in before hand and during session breaks if under 21
- Debrief check-in after if appropriate
NRM Youth Cost - £50 per person - always negotiable
Youth Mental Health Champion
A full-day course usually, delivered over 4 short sessions online
- Up to 16 per sessions (although i recommend 12)
- Certificate of attends to say you are a Youth MHFA Champion
- A Youth MHFA manual to refer to whenever you need it
- Mix of presentations, group discussions and workshops
- Full 1-1 breifing phone call and check-in before hand and during session breaks
- Debrief check-in after if appropriate
NRM Youth Cost - £85 per person - always negotiable
Youth Mental Health First Aider
A 2-day course, currently delivered over 4, 2-hour sessions and a few hours self-learning
- Learning takes place through 4 live sessions across 2 weeks, with self-learning in between.
- Up to 16 per sessions (although i recommend 12)
- Gain a certificate of attendance
- YMHFA Manual to refer to whenever you need to
- Workbook including helpful tools
- Full 1-1 breifing phone call and check-in before hand
- Support through out the offer, with supportive particiaption plan
- Debrief check-in after if appropriate
